Being relaively new to the blogosphere and riding on the domain-name
coattails of my much-more-popular Sweetie dictates that most of my traffic
comes from those reading her site first. If you do read both, then you will
no doubt see various episodes of our relationship played out before you,
whether a love poem, a word of encouragement, a playful tease, etc. While
this may seem odd at first, it makes perfect sense given that we originally
met online, in time to share New Years 2000 together, and have never looked back. Although somewhat public, I consider it akin to sharing a kiss in a restaurant, or holding hands in the park. (Though hopefully a far cry from screaming at each other in WalMart)
While I hope to NEVER get to the point where we communicate BETTER online
than in person, (I envision 2 people on their respective computers back to
back) I value this medium as a great way to stay in touch with the one I
love during the workday. (and not get bitched at about company time)
That being said, I also wonder if we are unique. I tend to doubt it. There
must be other blog pairings out there...a consortium of he-said, she-said if
you will. Any suggestions? My blogroll is woefully sparse. I need to find
some more regular reads.
